Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Infraedgenet Digital. Website pricing is informational; refunds relate to invoices issued after enrollment confirmation.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable course packs beyond the orientation PDF.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of payment for self-paced Harbor Sketch purchases, or before the second live session for studio and circle enrollments when seeking a partial refund.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, or if we cancel a cohort and you decline a transfer. Partial refund (50% of tuition): request received after start but before the second live session, provided recorded materials were not bulk-downloaded. After the second live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom on-site facilitation travel booked at your request, and completed private consulting hours are non-refundable. Gift transfers of a seat to a colleague may be arranged instead of a refund when requested early.

Refund process

Email hello@infraedgenet.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask clarifying questions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payment network, not by us.

Cancellation by Infraedgenet Digital

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights under Korean law (and other applicable consumer laws) are honored where they provide stronger protection than this Policy. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill credits at our discretion.
